WHAT CAN YOU DO?

Things that you can do:

1) Journal EVERYTHING. Write down any nuisance of any kind, when it happens, and what.

2) GET PICTURES. If you call the police and report anything, pictures are key. Nuisance things are items like excessive parking, noise violations, overflowing trash, using neighbors trash, etc. Crimes in progress are always 911.

3) Call the Police/Block watch. 602-262-6151. Call each time about anything that warrants it. If you don’t call, the police will never know it happened and therefore have no pattern or record of issues.

4) Participate when the time comes in working towards getting laws passed. This involves being down at city hall/council or state legislature and telling your story as a neighbor who has had bad experiences with short-term rentals.

5) Contact Us to know more about how to get involved
